    Leave the work to us so you can shine!

    This rate includes the following:

    • Set-up and testing of virtual meeting space for live events

    • Perform technology checks with presenter(s) to ensure preparedness

    • Confirm session timing and transitions

    • Manage technical delivery of live event: Provide technical guidance and instruction, track timing and deploy interactive activities

    • Provide playback and reporting details to client post session

         (2hr. minimum/4hr. max.)

    $250 - VBE/Hours

    • This fee is for every additional hour of your virtual event.

    $100 flat fee + $1.75/mile - Traveling Fee

    • We all have events that need an on-site touch.  We will come to you!  We charge by the mile (round-trip).

I do understand that sometimes we need things right away! Please expect a 2-3day TAT for deliverable items.  Graphic designs only can take up to but not limited to 3-5hr TAT. Percentage is based on work required.
